What's the Difference Between the Bespoke HDD and SSD?

Updated over 2 months ago

Thinking of purchasing your order on a hard drive? Below are some distinctions between our two hard drive formats.

Please note: All libraries can be digitally downloaded from the Spitfire Audio app even when purchased on one of our hard drive options.

Bespoke HDD:

-Available to purchase with any order, all paid products can be added.

-Cannot be used to run the libraries from, content must be transferred before use.

-Acts as a hard copy of the libraries and bypasses having to download the content from the Spitfire Audio app. (Please note, a quick authorisation process is still required within the app before use.)

-Available to add to the cart at checkout.

Spitfire Audio SSD:

-Only available for BBC Symphony Orchestra Professional

-Cannot add multiple libraries to the same SSD order.

-Can be used to run libraries from (after a quick authorisation process).

-Bypasses having to download the content from the Spitfire Audio app.

-Available to add to your order from the cart if you are checking out with BBCSO Pro, or at a later time if you already own the library.
