If you would like to remove a product from Native Access on your machine, you will need to do so by deleting the relevant plist file.

1) First, identify the library that you would like to remove from Native Access. In this example, I will be removing my authorisation of Albion IV: Uist. Once you've confirmed the library, be sure to close Native Access.

2) Open Finder and follow the path to Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences. Inside this folder you'll need to find the relevant .plist file. By default, these files are named as follows:

In this example, I'm looking for the Albion IV .plist file

3) Once you've found the relevant file, delete it from your system.

4) Open Native Access and check that the library is no longer listed in the Installed category.

Note: If the file is still listed, you may need to delete another .plist file from your 'hidden' Library folder.

METHOD 1:

1) With Finder open, choose Go > Go to Folder

2) In the dialogue box, type: ~/Library

3) Click Go.

METHOD 2:

1) With 'Finder' open, hold down the Alt (Option) key when using the Go menu. The user Library folder will appear below the current user's home directory.
