In this scenario your plugin will show patches and presets whilst also showing no errors however the Spitfire Plugin on M1, OS 11 / 12 can sometimes not make sound even when fully authorised.
The plugin does not receive MIDI or play sound when a note is pressed.
If you have this error, which is a known issue to fixed in future updates, click the refresh icon at the top of the plugin.
