Loops and Warps BPM selections will default to the host tempo if the trigger for default BPM technique (according to the host tempo set in the project) is set to Host Tempo.
In order to prevent this from happening, on the 'default' BPM, change the trigger to either None or something other than Host Tempo:
Alternatively you can remove the unwanted BPM techniques via the Technique editor, and this should result in the incorrect BPMs being unavailable to the project to select:
