The MIDI channel can be changed by clicking "MIDI ch." underneath the output setting, which is directly beneath the name of the patch.
Unless you are working with multiple controllers that make use of different banks, you will more than likely need to stay in Port A. From there, you will be able to select the MIDI channel that is being sent by your controller.
