Why am I being charged VAT?

The prices on our website include VAT where applicable.

Please note that we are currently unable to remove VAT at the point of sale, even for customers with a valid EU VAT number or other tax-exempt status. If you are eligible, you will need to purchase at the full price and then reclaim the VAT directly from your local tax authority.

To include your VAT number on your invoice for this purpose, please make sure you enter it in your billing address at checkout for it to be represented on the invoice.
