Why am I being charged VAT?

The prices on our website include VAT where applicable.

Please note that we are currently unable to remove VAT at checkout for customers with a valid EU VAT number.

If you are eligible, please reach out to our support team with your valid EU VAT number before placing the order. If you're unsure, you can check whether your number is valid on VIES
​

If you don't have a valid EU VAT number we won't be able to remove or refund VAT, but if would still like to include it alongside your company name on your invoice for your records, please make sure you enter it in your billing address at checkout for it to be represented on the invoice.
