You can find your order history by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of our website when logged into your Spitfire Audio account.
A dropdown will appear, and you'll see a button labeled "View your legacy orders" which is going to redirect you to our legacy order history view.
Underneath that you can see "Your recent orders" listed, as well as a button to "View all orders" — these specifically refer to any orders placed after the 8th of October 2025, when we migrated to a new platform.
Please note that you will find all of your products in your Spitfire Audio App as normal, where you can reset and reinstall or repair them if you need to.
